B2 Avionics Engineer — Base Maintenance
A leading MRO organisation operating one of Europe’s largest heavy maintenance facilities near Toulouse is seeking a B2 Licensed Avionics Engineer to join its expanding base maintenance team. The facility performs C-checks and D-checks on A330, A340 and A350 Family aircraft for a portfolio of major airline customers, and has a substantial programme of work confirmed for the next three years.
In this role you will carry out, inspect and certify avionics maintenance tasks across the fleet, working closely with the avionics planning, technical services and airworthiness teams. Tasks span FMS, communications and navigation systems, ACARS, in-flight entertainment and flight recorder systems. You will also support troubleshooting of complex avionics defects, liaising with Airbus technical support where required.
Candidates must hold a current EASA Part-66 B2 licence with ratings on A330 or A350 Family aircraft, or demonstrable in-depth experience on type supported by training records. A minimum of four years of relevant post-licence base maintenance experience is required.
