Quality Manager — Part-145 MRO

An EASA and UK CAA Part-145 approved maintenance organisation based at East Midlands Airport is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to hold Post C accountability and lead the quality and compliance function. The MRO provides heavy maintenance services to a range of airline customers and is currently expanding its approved scope.

As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System, the internal audit programme, continued airworthiness monitoring and oversight of the sub-contractor network. You will act as the primary point of contact with the UK CAA and EASA for all quality and compliance matters, and will lead the preparation for and response to regulatory and customer audits.

Candidates must have substantial experience in a quality or compliance role within a Part-145 environment, with demonstrable experience holding or supporting a Post C appointment. A Part-66 licence (any category) is strongly preferred. A thorough understanding of EASA Part-145 and the UK CAA’s equivalent regulations is essential, as is experience of managing CAA audit programmes. The role is site-based Monday to Friday.
