Continuing Airworthiness Manager — Post D
A private aviation group based in Zurich is seeking an experienced Continuing Airworthiness Manager to hold Post D accountability under their EASA Part-CAMO approval. The fleet comprises a mix of turboprop and light-jet aircraft operating under a Swiss FOCA-accepted EASA framework. The group is at an exciting stage of growth and the role offers significant scope to shape the airworthiness function as the fleet expands.
As CAM, you will carry full accountability for all continuing airworthiness activities — including maintenance programme management, airworthiness review, MEL and CDL management, modification and repair approvals, and oversight of contracted Part-145 organisations. You will liaise directly with the Swiss FOCA and EASA as required, and work with the Accountable Manager and Chief Pilot to maintain the AOC in good standing at all times.
Candidates must have substantial post-holder or deputy experience in a CAMO environment, with a thorough working knowledge of EASA Part-M, Part-CAMO, Part-145 and Part-21 regulations. An EASA Part-66 licence or formal airworthiness qualification is required. Proficiency in English is essential; German or French language skills are a strong advantage given the regulatory and operational environment. The compensation package includes a competitive base salary, annual performance bonus, pension, and healthcare.
