Reliability Engineer — Fleet Performance
A leading Scandinavian airline is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join its Technical Operations team in Copenhagen. This is a critical role responsible for monitoring and improving fleet reliability performance across a large narrow-body fleet operated under EASA Part-CAMO, and for representing the technical team’s reliability interests in manufacturer working groups.
Reporting to the Head of Fleet Engineering, you will analyse in-service reliability data, identify trends and systemic defects, and develop improvement recommendations for the airline’s maintenance review board. You will work closely with the continuing airworthiness team, maintenance planning and contracted MRO organisations to develop and track corrective actions, and will participate in fleet campaign management with Airbus and engine OEMs.
Candidates should have significant experience in a fleet engineering or reliability role with a Part-CAMO or Part-145 organisation. Strong analytical skills are essential, alongside experience with reliability tools and MRO management systems. An EASA Part-66 licence or an engineering degree in an aviation-related discipline is preferred. The role is based in Copenhagen with flexibility for regular home-working. The airline offers a strong total compensation package including bonus, travel benefits and excellent pension provision.
