Continuing Airworthiness Manager
A private aviation group based in Zurich is seeking an experienced Continuing Airworthiness Manager to hold Post D accountability under their EASA Part-CAMO approval. The fleet comprises a mix of turboprop and light-jet aircraft operating under a Swiss CAA-accepted EASA framework. The group is expanding and the role offers significant scope for the right candidate to shape the airworthiness function.
As CAM, you will have direct accountability for all continuing airworthiness activities including maintenance programme management, airworthiness review, MEL/CDL management, modification and repair approvals, and oversight of contracted Part-145 organisations. You will liaise directly with the Swiss FOCA and EASA as required, and will work with the Accountable Manager and Chief Pilot to maintain the AOC in good standing.
Candidates must have substantial post-holder or deputy experience in a CAMO environment, with a thorough working knowledge of EASA Part-M, Part-CAMO, Part-145, and Part-21 regulations. An EASA Part-66 licence or formal airworthiness qualification is required. Proficiency in English is essential; German or French language skills are a strong advantage. The compensation package includes a competitive base salary, annual performance bonus, pension, and an aviation lifestyle that many in the industry find uniquely attractive.
